Qubo Digital Smart B+ Making a loudly noise!

Hello,

My trainer is making a very loudly noise when changing resistance, does anyone here have had the same issue?

I noticed some things, when it is calibrated with default values for P1, P2 and P3 the resistence changing happens but the trainer gets really heavyer and I can´t even peddle however if I change the values, the noise starts when I start climbing and it´s very annoying.

In contact with the Elite Support they told me that it´s a mechanical issue however my trainer is out of warranty and I can´t afford to buy a new one right now, so any help will be really appreciated.
