Can you tell me the serial number of your trainer, so I can check the firmware version?
Usually, the upgradable trainers have a "firmware upgradable" sticker, but the serial number is a safer way to check it.

I confirm you that your trainer firmware is upgradable.
I've forwarded your request and in few hours you should receive an email with all the instructions to do the upgrade.

Please remember that:
- to do the upgrade, you'll need a pc and an ant+ dongle
- after the upgrade, you won't be able to use the handlebar console anymore

To have the complete procedure write to our customer care at [email protected] and ask for it (specify the serial number in the email)
