Caibrate Elite EVO

Hello,
I bought an Elite EVO Interactive trainer 5 days ago, and my feelings with interactive ride is really amazing !
However, I think the resistance is too weak as the trainer is calculating 125W power on flat road although I'm only at 65% of Max HR, riding cool.
In Zwift app, it's not realistic because I beat 80% of the guys there although I'm honestly not that strong (I wish I was
).
Furthermore, in Zwift app, the 5% climbs aren't so difficult with the trainer.
So, I read forums about P1-P2-P3 calibration. Currently I have defaults value 171 - 186 -155, and I feel like I should reduce each of them by 20 or 30. Any advice about this ? Shall I change all values ?
Will it make the resistance stronger or does it only impact the watt calculation ?
thank you all in advance !
