Squeaky Novo Smart

Recently my Novo Smart (couple months old) started producing a squeaky noise from time to time; reading through previous posts (and from the time when the squeak happens) I understand it's likely to be the power resistance regulation, but is that normal? Should it be, say, lubricated in some way to prevent damage?

Also, it happens to vibrate slightly at a certain power/cadence combination (haven't found out how to reproduce it yet), which is also something that I might want to look into?
