I have some question about your product "Elite Qubo Digital Smart B+"


I bought this product this week. (S/N: 54285, Firmware: 108, Hardware revision: 04)

I have experienced bluetooth connection drops issue with my iPad,

and i heard this Firmware&Hardware version has bluetooth connection issue with other programs(zwift)

So,

Question 1. Can I upgrade products' firmware version from 108 to 153?
"Upgrado" app told me it's not possible ("UPDATE NON AVAILABLE" message in app)

Question 2. Can I get a new logic board to solve this problem? (Hardware revision: 09, Firmware: 153)

I think it can be solved by updating firmware,
So firstly, could you check that updating firmware is possible in my hardware version?

The version shouldn't be the cause of the issue.
That's why I suggested to contact the guys of the customer care.
They will evaluate the situation and in case give you instructions for the update
