Dual broadcasting Digitál smart b+

Good day.
I have qubo digital Smart b +
Firmware 141
Hardware revision 005
My problem is that dual broadcasting doesn't work for me (bluetooth and ant +)
It either transmits only ant + or bluetooth.
I use Bluetooth with the iPhone SE (I also tried the Sony XZ2) and Ant + with the garmin edge 530 (due to the garmin's training status).
