Mon home trainer n’arrive plus à se connecter avec Swift, rouvy.
J’ai voulu faire une mise à jour mais aucune sont disponible.

Avez vous une solution ?

If you use my e-training do you have the same problem?
Did you try using a different device (another smartphone for example)?

L’application Zwift ou rouvy ne détecte pas le home trainer.
Avant avec le même téléphone je n’avais aucun problème.
En revanche pas de problème avec l’application myETraining.

J’ai essayé avec un appareil androïd mais le HT est détecté nul part.

Le numéro de série est 54369
Firmware 108

If you are able to connect through my e-training, you should be able to connect also with Zwift or Rouvy.
Are you sure that you don't have multiple apps running at the same time?
Did you try to uninstall Zwift and Rouvy and install them again?

PS: Qubo Digital Smart B+ is supported by Rouvy (it uses the standard controllable trainer protocol); maybe they think you have a Qubo Digital (old ant version), which is not supported

J’ai désinstaller Zwift et réinstaller.
Le Home trainer c’est connecté. Cela a fonctionné 15min mais avec de nombreuses coupures.
Ensuite impossible de ce reconnecter.

Did you try to contact Zwift support? What do they say?
If you use a bluetooth or ant+ dongle, try changing usb port
