Newbie Tyre question

Hi there.

Newbie here.

Just ordered new Rampa. Current trainer a non-smart Tacx which has a metal roller.
Obviously the Rampa has the Elastogel roller.
So what road tyres can I use on this because the instructions state "Use with narrow tyres or with non-optimum tyre pressures can permanently damage the Elastogel roller".
I currently use a 700cx23 or 25 on my old roller. Its a standard road tyre - not turbo specific.
I consider 23mm a narrow tyre - but what does Elite's instructions mean when they say "Use with narrow tyres", because later on the instructions they recommend a 23mm tyre. So I am confused.
