Problems detecting trainer Rampa

Since i have bought the trainer, in the first time has been posible conection with software. Never more it has became posible to do. I think the problem is in the trainer, the ant receptor is on, and the program that has operated in the first time, now can`t detect the Rampa.
The programs i try to connect were trainer road, zwift and real from elite. Please give me some help to resolve the problem, may be my new traines has been defective from factory.

Good morning

Please check if there's some other program that keep occupied the ant dongle (like Garmin Express, Ant agent...) and disable them (or kill the process) before running the software. If this is not the cause of the issue, please contact the customer care adding some screenshots of the errors you get and the configuration you set
