Loud Clicking Noise On Rampa

Hi

I've only used my Rampa a handful of times and today when I went to use it there is a loud clicking noise from the motor/wheel on part as the wheel turns.

There is power to the unit and I'm using it via Zwift / Ant and it is all connected - I'm just getting a horrendous noise.

Has anybody an idea what this could be?
