RealTour and Windows update

I have an old Elite Realtour (pre ANT+) which worked fine until I recently updated my laptop to Windows 10. Now I can't get program to work. Have uninstalled and then reinstalled the software but I get a message, in French to do with 00405150, telling me something is wrong with the process. Anyone else had a similar problem?
