Could someone help me with my realaxiom (wired) that I received from my friend who does not use it anymore.
I get 2 error messages all time and therefore not use the trainer.

First : Error while reading the registry key (HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\SERIALCOMM) with the message ' Probably no Elite device has been connected , you must connect your device one time at least and restart the application.
But I connected the trainer (roller) , updated software to latest version.

Second error : the selected opponent is not linked to a axiom device.

Maybe Elite personal can help ?

When you connect the console to the pc using the USB cable, the green led should stop blinking and becoming steady. Does this happens?
Also, if you open windows device manager the console is properly recognized by Windows? Do you see it under COM ports?

If the answer to the questions above are yes, try following this procedure:
- install the latest version of the software for RealAxiom wired (http://tiny.cc/zpa9ny)
- follow also this procedure to set properly the com port : https://elitesrl.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/a ... connection

I know have the following errors.

When trying to open realid i get the following error in french: "Violation d'acces a l'adresse 01133B2B dans le module 'Real.exe'. Lecture de l'adresse 00000000.

And When i try to start a ride i get no oppponent found, u have no access to the ride.

please advice
