registrazione rullo

Buongiorno, ho appena acquistato un rullo Elite Justo, ho provveduto a registrarlo sul sito Elite , ma non mi è mai arrivata la mail di effettiva registrazione con il coupon per la prova delle varie app ( rouvy, zwift etc.)
Volevo chiedere dove potevo recuperarla.
