Use a non "firmware upgradable" Elite Real Tour on Zwift

Postby damiano.fusari » Tue Apr 07, 2020 2:29 pm

Any chance to use a RealTour trainer, that doesn't have the "firmware upgradable" stick, on zwift?
I read that you need to update it, I'm just trying a desperate call, because I'm getting more and more bored without a kind of new interface with some social content…

Zwift supports already wired and ant+ trainers.
It doesn't support RealPower wireless (not ant), Qubo Digital Smart B+ and Arion Digital Smart B+

To Elite admin. Zwift updated its software at the end of 2019/start of 2020 and doesn’t appear to support Elite’s private ANT protocol anymore. Can you contact Zwift and raise this issue with them. Thank you.

To Elite Admin, because My E-Training for Windows, My E-Training for IOS and Real Software are currently not working on my RealTour ANT, I thought I would ask if you had contacted Zwift yet to ask them to support your non upgradeable trainers again. Thank you. I presume a simple email to them is all that is needed.
