How to pair Elite Smart trainer with Zwift

Hi,
I just bought Elite Volano Smart b+ turbo and trying to paring with the Zwift, because it use B+ Bluetooth, I am having difficulty to pairing my trainer with the App, I did research online but can't find the answer. Hope someone can help me out
