Elite rampa no resistance

Hi

I’ve been using elite rampa for 3-4 years with no issues. Midway through a zwift ride there was a large click from the rampa and sudden loss of resistance. I’m connected via Bluetooth to iOS device. Switching on and off doesn’t work. It has me registered as connected but no resistance on pedalling and occasional clicking noise from unit. Other iOS devices don’t cure it and same issue with e training app of recognising connectivity but not recognising my pedal strokes.

Any advice much appreciated.
