No resistance on zwift pc with Rampa

Hi,

- Device: Elite Rampa

Issue is described below:

1. resistance ok(varies) on zwift iphone veriosn
but
2. no resistance on zwift pc (ant+ connected)

Please figure out.

Are you sure that the trainer is not still connected to the iPhone?
The ant+ dongle is properly recognized by your pc (check on windows device manager)?
Check also if you have installed other software that can occupy the ant dongle at start up (like Garmin Express) and in case uninstall them (or kill th process using task manager before running Zwift)

If all the points above are ok, try in this way:
- turn off your iPhone
- power off Rampa
- restart your pc
- run Zwift
- do the configuration

If still you are having problems, please send a screenshot of the configuration you've set so I can check it.

I have this problem with my elite rampa.

I am using zwift but when there is a simulation of uphill, with a small or high slope, the elite ramp is not understanding that it needs to increase the resistance to simulate the climb.

I am using zwift on the PC, with ANT +.

could you help me, please?
