Kura trainer. Data

Hello, I just buy a elite Kura trainer. I installed "myEtraining" app and set my trainer by the app. However, when I want to start the training session, the session does not start because no data (power, heart rate or speed) are obtained. Also, I can not callibrate the trainer because no data are found.
Can you help me?

Hi

First of all, check that your trainer is charged. In case, use a usb cable the first time to fully charge it.
Check also the status of the three LEDs while you're pedaling (to check if the trainer is active in that moment).

If you're sure that the trainer is charged but the issue remains, contact the customer care at [email protected] to investigate further
