Can't change into big chain ring on Kura

Hi guys,
I can't change into the big chain ring when I have my bike on my Kura. Derailleur works OK when I have my rear wheel on.
Does anybody else experience this?

Hi

Check the cassette mounting (correct number of spacers and no plays between the parts).
If still you have problems, contact our customer care adding some photos or a short video that illustrate the issue.

Hi

You'd need 2 spacers in theory. Check if the cassette is well fixed, without plays.
