Hello, I purchased one Elite Kura. And would like to start to connect to pad, but was informed that "Pin" or Password' error whiling pad tried to connect to Kura by bluetooth. Then i tried my iphone, it was same problem here. Could let me know how to resolve this issue for starting training? Thanks in advance for receiving comment earlier. Jason

Hi Jason

You don't have to pair the trainer using the bluetooth menu of your device.
Simply run the app (my e-training or Zwift or whatever program you're using) and do the configuration. The app will manage the connection by itself.

Also, remember to charge the trainer before connecting (using a charger or pedaling on it for 20 minutes at least than 150W)

I am using kura elite, with the mytraining application, through my huawei cell phone, using blotooh connection, initially it connects well, it informs me the power and speed correctly, and after a minute, it stops transmitting data.
How can I solve this problem?
