Elite Turbo Muin B+ - Legs

Hi, I have just purchased the Elite Turbo Muin B+ .

When I went to screw on the legs, I can only screw the screw into the bolt about 2 cms before I could tighten it no more.

This makes the legs loose and wobbly.

This may be by design, or should I be able to tighten the legs so they don't move?
