Qubo Smart B+ Resistance Not Controllable

After 1 year seems like the trainer is no longer controllable - there is no change in resistance when changing "level" in the Elite app, or when riding hills in Zwift (not in Workout mode). Any ideas please? The trainer is about 18 months old - is there any warranty / repair available?
