My HT Qubo no longer works :-(

Hello,
my HT Qubo Digital Smart B + bought on January 28, 2018 has a problem.
Since yesterday the resistance has not changed.
Problem on Zwift then tested with the MyETraining app (change of difficulty does not work).
When I plug in my HT the noise of "calibration" seems to last longer than usual...
Do you have a solution, an idea ?
