Today i experienced problems for the first time. My trainer is 3m away from my laptop. When in zwift it connects for about 2km and then disconnects.
I paired the device again but then it happens again.
It shows device paired but not connected. Can this be an issue where the battery can be flat or needs an software update?
Hope you can help.

Hi
When did you change the battery last time?
Are you connecting using bluetooth of your laptop? Or are you using a bluetooth/ant dongle?

Re: Power mag trainer and zwift
It is a brand new trainer that i bought 3 months ago. Been sitting at the store as their display model.
I am using the bluetooth on my laptop. I never experienced this before. Not quite sure what causes this.

Try anyway to change the battery.
If the problem persists, also power off all the other wireless devices in the area to minimize interference.
If still you have disconnections, contact the customer care by going to the support page:

Select the trainer, then the link to open a ticket
