Qubo smart digital b+: Elastogel roller slidding on higher resistance

Hi All,
I have a problem with my Qubo trainer: when I have high resistance, I cannot ride standing, but I need to remain seated and press the rear wheel down, otherwise the elastogel roller leak adherence and the rear wheel starts slidding.

There are hint to fix this issue? The rear coperture is not in bad conditions, is quite new.
