wich type of connection? I had problem of connection drop with ant+ but works well with bluetooth

Both.
Zwift(ANT/BT) and e-mytraining(BT) level mode are can't adjust the resistance. I'm contacting Elite support.

I contacted to Elite support, then they would like to suggest replacing my SUITO electric board. Maybe my issue isn't caused by the firmware.

est il possible de revenir a l ancienne version depuis le telechargement les indications sur la plateforme kinomap ne fonctionnent plus

Good morning,
Today during the firmware update for the 196, there was an error during the same and since then the trainer stopped communicating and it turns on (there was the sound turning on) but none of the leds is on and there is no communication. Has anyone had something similar happen? do you know how to restart the system?

Hi guys

If something stop working during upgrado procedure, first of all try powering off the trainer and then powering it on again.
If this doesn't solve the problem, contact the customer care:
