Suito-T problems after software update

Hello! Last weekend I got my new Elite Suito-T trainer and before I started it, I updated it through the Elite upgrado app. When the update was done and the cassette was installed, I took it to my training room where I would connect the bike with trainer, but when I reconnected the trainer, it no longer worked. At first, middle light comes on for short time, the trainer makes a small sound and that's it. Additionally, I added a link to the video where I show the problem. I don't know what to do, so I'd like to know what can I do! I also checked the adapter voltage and it was 12V so i guess that can not be the problem! :(

i have the same problem after i try to do the upgrdade to the last one.

Hi guys

If your trainer resistance seems to be stuck, first thing to check is the motor.
Run my e-training and select level mode. Pedal at constant speed and increase gradually the level.
If the resistance doesn't change, there may be a problem on the electronic board or on the motor.

Aaarrghhh…same problem for me…just bought a Elite Sterzo smart, and upgraded that via the Elite app, and after that the trainer,,,hahahah..(crazylaugh)…sittning here now with a brand new updated Sterzo and a not working trainer…. :evil: :lol:

Having the same problem, I contacted customer support, but I live in Mexico and the time difference between Mexico and Italy is not helping.
I will keep you posted if we can find a solution for this problem.

Suito werkt niet na Update.

Mijn suito-t geef tijdens de training wel de tijd en mijn hartslagmeter maar geen snelheid en afgelegde afstand. het fietsje beweegt niet
