Integrated power meter not working

Hello,
my Suito doesn't show any power in watt on a training in the "myETraining" app.
From my understanding this trainer has an integrated power meter and there is no need for an external over PML.
Trainerdiagnostic complete successfully and recalibration didn't have an effect.

Could you give me some advice what I can do?

Cadence - working
HR external - working
Powermeter - not working

Firmware : 196
HW-Revision: 009

Hi

Suito hasn't got a integrated power sensor, but it calculates power from speed.
Probably you have done a wrong configuration.
Repeat it and when you're asked if you have power or cadence sensor, leave the option on NO (this option is used only for external sensors).
This will solve the problem

I have almost The same problem.
No power and no cadence readings.
But I just cant connect my etrainng to suito. It doesnt work! Ziwft, ok...but my etrainng no...
How can I solve?
