Resistance Issue

Hi,

today I wanted to start using my suito again now that Summer is over. Sadly is seems to be broken? The resistance is extremly high and it makes a strange noise, like the break would be full on all the time. The result is, that I cannot pedal at more then maybe 40rpm. It is the same in ERG mode and normal.
