What wheel size to use with Wahoo Bolt?

Want to train with my Wahoo Bolt but my speed is clearly incorrect. What wheel size should I set on my Elite Suito to get accurate speed? I use a road bike with 700x28c tires.

You have to set a value equal to your wheel circumference divided by 24.8.
I suggest you to measure your wheel directly, here's a possible method to do it:
