Power off in the middle of a session

Recently, the my trainer just powers down/ disconnects from my laptop in the middle of a ride (Wahoo Systm). I can see a red LED on so there is still power but I have to unplug/ power off and power on again. Any suggestions on how to stop this happening?

Any solution to this?
My problem started the same way and then it translated to the trainer not recognizing properly the FTP and giving the correct resistance. It now feels always the same power plus erg doesn’t work.
