Hello,
When I'm climbing in Zwift on a steep hill (9%+) in a small gear (34x28) I get the feeling that something is slipping when I put power on the pedals. Fees like the belt is slipping inside of the trainer.
Is this something which is possible or can happen?
It's only happening on very steep hills and low gear. The issue makes climbing a virtual hill impossible.
Thanks

I have the same problems. Have you found a resolution on your own?

Hi guys
If you have slipping feelings, the best thing to do is:
- run the calibration
- contact our customer care specifying the serial number of the trainer and the value you get at the end of calibration

Hi everyone,
I'm having the same issue. No problems for about a year but the last couple of months it has been getting worse. I've sent in a ticket, any news on the fix in the meantime?
Thanks and Happy New Year!
