Rubbing noise and wobble.

I just received my new Elite Suito. After setting it up I'm sad to report that there is a slight rubbing noise coming from the back of the trainer. Also when I bring it up to speed and the stop peddling my bikes cockpit starts to vibrate / oscillate. I assume the flywheel isn't true.
Is there a quick way to fix this or shall I send my trainer back and get a replacement?

Bonjour. I have exactly the same issue. My SUITO is new, just received and I cannot pedal as there is strong noise in the rotor.
It looks like a noise of friction between 2 discs exactly inside the rear engine.
Bonjour. J'ai exactement le même problème. Mon SUITO est neuf, vient de recevoir et je ne peux pas pédaler car il y a un fort bruit dans le rotor. On dirait un bruit de frottements entre 2 disques exactement à l'interieur du moteur arrière.

I did not solve my issue.
I had to send back to ELITE the SUITO home trainer.
They reimburse me.

My elite suito vibrates so much that walls shake.
I think the flywheel is not good. Here is a video:
