Suito-T - Calibration with myETraining

Hi,
Tried to calibrate the trainer using myETraining app (latest FW, upgraded using Upgrado).
App asked to increase the speed, reached more than 50Km/h and it continued to ask me to increase the speed...
Didn't manage to calibrate.

What am I/the app is doing wrong and how can this be fixed?

hi, connect to suito with only one device -for example no app on smartphone + garmin- and try to remove all other devices around that use bluetooth or wifi

Only one device is connected to the trainer (in this case, the phone, through BT)

Try to uninstall the app and install it again.
Try also using a different device

What do you mean by "try to use a different device"? Do the calibration via my garmin watch? (and not the app)

Buenas tardes igualmente tengo problemas con la calibración la velocidad que pide llega a 10km/h y no sube de eso en el entrenamiento.

Estas seguro de haber inserido el correcto valor de circumferencia?
Si pedalea normalmente en cualquier entrenamiento, la velocidad esta correcta?

Si es asì, por favor deinstala la app y instalala de nuevo.
