knocking sound + support ticket down

Hello,

I recently bought an Elite Suito T and I have used it just a couple of times and there is always a knocking and repetitive sound every time the wheel spins. I would like to fix this noise since it seems something is not right with it.

I have tried many times during the last 2 weeks to open a support ticket but it is always unavailable. Do you know if there is another way to contact the technical support?
