Problems after firmware update

Hello,
I just tried to update the firmware of a Suito and there must have been some problem (it's been going on for a long time, and I don't think it ended well) and now it doesn't pair with the Garmin, nor am I able to get it to happen in the UPGRADO application now of screen". It seems that it reads that the firmware is 196 but without showing data in the HW revision, and it also stays on the app screen with the "little clock" without going beyond there. I don't know if there is any way to "reset" the roller to factory settings or something similar, or if there is a contact email for ELITE technical support that I can contact, which I haven't located either.
