8% power variance comparing to pedal power meter

Did a workout in Zwift with my Suito-T (latest firmware) recently and found the power reading is about 20W less than the data from my pedal power meter during the same workout. The cadence readings from Suito-T and my power meter are pretty much aligned.

I did spin down calibration in Elite My E-Training app after about 30-min ride before starting this workout and I also zero reset of my power meter before the ride as well...

From my rough calculation, this is 8% difference comparing to advertised 2.5% for Suito-T...

Wondering if there is any settings or tips I could do to improve the accuracy of Suito-T power readings? Will do spin down calibration in Zwift help?

Ticket has been opened. Will see what they instruct me to do and will report back.

Did you find a solution?

I have the same problem with my Suito. Trainer consistently reports power 15% greater than power meter pedal. For example, Trainer=230 but Power meter=200.

The Elite support ticket web page is broken, so I can't open a support ticket.

Mine was outputing lower than what my pedal...Elite support kinda gave me some data files after executing tests with their instruction using the Etraining app...But not sure if I would consider the results perfect either.
