Suito Resistance problem in Races

Hi there,
I have a Elite Suito that I use for Swift. When I’m cycling on my own or doing a pacer group ride, there are no problems. But every time I join a race, the resistance is not working. There is some resistance but it’s not changing when I’m going up or downhill or making it easier to ride in a group.
Sometimes it helps to reconnect during the race but that’s not helping all the times. And if it helps, I’m already the last one in the race.

Is there someone that had the same problem and know how to fix it? I already downloaded the latest firmware and I calibrate it once a month.
