Elite Suito T Noise

My Elite Suito T has been making a horrendous noise for some time now, but can’t seem to nail down the cause. Have disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled multiple times - no luck with remedying the issue. Anyone else experience this noise and if so, how did you fix it?
