Tuo not working

I tried to use my Elite Tuo, but the red, green and blue led were flashing alternately. The trainer couldn't connect with my laptop or tablet. I tried to turn it off and on again, but it didn't help. I bought my Tuo in September 29 in 2021. What can I do to solve this? Do I still have guarantee or can this be fixed (and what's the cost of the repair?)
