The upgrado app doesnt find the JUSTO

It DOES find the RIZER

The trainer does pair with Zwift using the gateway so it feels like its all working.

BUT how do i check the firmaware if the upgrado app doesnt find it?

Just to say - the upgrado app finds the rizer

The rizer pairs with the Justo

I dont get it!

MAKE SURE THE GATEWAY IS UNPLUGGED

Then it worked

Nowhere does it say this but i wondered and tried it

Boom it connected and upgraded as expected

A lot of angst

Elite I would suggest putting a prompt in the APP

It wont be common sense to everyone
