Just did my first FTP ramp test in Zwift on my Elite Suito, but there is something I do not understand. The resistance buildup was so minimal that I maxed out my gears and was spinning at 120rpm @360Watts. The next step to 380Watts the resistance increased with a big leap at once and then I was done for….
I have calibrated the trainer before hand.
Any thoughts on what this might be or am I just a lot less fit than I thought ?
Ended up following these steps and then it did work .
Warm up on the trainer for 10mins. Do a few hard efforts. Disconnect EVERYTHING. ... Plug the Suito in. Open the Elite MyEtraining App. Connect / Advanced / Calibration. If that completes then close the MyEtraining app. Open Zwift / pair everything / ride on.
