Suito-T after two uses motor blocked

I used my new Suito-T exactly two times. today i wanted to use it again and the Suito makes a strange noise and the resistance stays always the same, like the wheel is blocket. I can pedal but even in the easiest gear the resistance remains high. Even when I start Zwift or the My E-Training app
