My e-training on mac ios

I have downloaded the programme but it won't open on my mac. Haven't got issues with any other programmes. I am using a macbook pro with latest iOS Sierra 10.12.6.
I see a logo in the dock but no windows appear. It says the programme is not answering.
Does anyone know a solution to this?

Hello! The same happens to me. I downloaded the app My ETraining from the Elite site, installed it on my Mac but when I try to open the app, it freezes. It shows the message: the app is not working.
I have iOS High Sierra.

My MAC will not open the Etraining package stating that it cannot be verified by Apple.
Message“myETraining.app” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.
This item is on the disk image “myETraining.dmg”. Safari downloaded this disk image today at 17:23 from myetraining.cc

I am using a MACBook Air running Catalina 10.15.6

Same problem here!
Today I created my account. I can not open the dmg. on my MacBook Pro.
I hope that the bug will be fixed soon!
