Hello
Do I have to enter my "net" body weight or total incl bike?
In case net, what is added for bike, clothes by the app etc.?

Are there reference values for speed and inclination what watt should result (by a given weight),
or for speed flat alone by virtual wind?

Hi

You hav to insert your weight only.
The app automatically adds 10kg for the bike
Clothes can be ignored

This will give you a good approximation, little variations don't impact so much
