Noisy Trainer?

Hey all

Essentially a brand new trainer, elite Direto XR-T, used for a few weeks only. It's had this noise from day 1...from what I can tell looking at various videos, this is not a normal noise:

For reference, this is moderate speed and power (150-200W, appx 20 mph).

Thoughts? I have already contacted elite customer support.
