Hey! Three weeks did not include Direto XR. Today I turned it on and after connecting the application, strange sounds appeared (you can hear it well on the video). In addition, the simulator does not set the load in accordance with Zwift. If there is a power of 75W, the simulator creates a load from 170W to 240W. The simulator is new, mileage is 800 kilometers. Please tell me what could be the reason?

Your google drive link has to be public we cannot acces the video.
I have similar problem : trainer not targeting the right power setpoint.
Do you hear the stepper moving to home at power on ?

Re: Noise after a 3-week break. Power not adjustable
Strange noises can point out to different issues.
If the noise appears when you power on the trainer, run my e-training and select level mode (available even without subscription).
Pedal at constant speed and increase gradually the level. If you don't feel the resistance change, there may be a problem on the electronic circuit board.
Contact the support.
If the noise appears when you pedal on the trainer, there may be different causes (a mechanical problem, something wrong with the belt...).
Run the calibration and take note of the offset value you get. Then contact the support specifying the trainer serial number, the offset and adding a video in which we can hear the noise
