Rizer moves and keeps at -39.5%

Hi. After my training, I switched my rizer to manual mode. Pressed the up arrow up to top, than it suddenly moved all way down. Tried to turn it off and on, it moves all way up and than down again. When it pairs with app, it shows correctly the gradient up to -11% and than shows -39.5% and does not respond to app nor button
