Novo smart turbo problems

Hi, I use my novo smart turbo with Zwift and until recently have had no issues.

However, it now makes a loud droning noise when I first turn it on and does not provide accurate power readings with Zwift being either very high or very low.

I also get a knocking noise occasionally when in use.

The resistance also is not there anymore.

These changes happened suddenly this week. Is the turbo broken or is there anything I can do to resolve it.

I have also tried recalibrating but with no success.

My serial number is QDB190078. This was not seen as valid on the Elite open ticket website
