Elite Suito stuck on high resistance

I have had the same problem and fixed it by warming the unit with a hair drier, No idea why it worked but it has worked four times now when the room has been very cold and I had resistance freeze. Hope that helps.

I also had this problem after the trainer wasn’t used for a while, it needed a firmware update and then worked properly straight away
